Our programs and services
Campus Visit Program
The Campus Visit Program creates informative and fun campus visits for any group interested in engaging with UW-Madison. Their staff helps visitors plan a campus tour, a K-12 field trip, or a customized visit. UW-Madison offers numerous activities to enjoy year-round. If you’d like to explore campus on your own, check out our virtual options or popular destinations.
Information and referral
Friendly and knowledgeable information guides assist visitors, students, faculty, staff, and community members with locating information and resources. Campus and Community Information Desks are located at Union South, Memorial Union, and the Discovery Building. Information Guides also answer questions by email and phone.
Student development
Our office employs more than 110 enthusiastic and friendly students who lead tours and provide information for prospective students, visitors, and the community. Our positions offer great leadership experience by providing students with the ability to enhance their communication, critical thinking, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
