Campus and Visitor Relations students also staff the Welcome Desk at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery! They will assist you in enjoying this beautiful new venue.

Customized group visits

If you are bringing a group to UW-Madison, such as conference participants, an alumni group, prospective or new students, a foreign delegation or a civic group, and you would like help with your visit, our campus group tour coordinator can recommend campus highlights, coordinate the logistics of your visit and provide experienced tour guides.

Outreach programs

In partnership with university departments, Campus and Visitor Relations hosts several FREE and low-cost educational and interactive events for faculty, staff, students and community members throughout the year.

Publications

Learn about the fun and interesting things that the campus and community have to offer. Call, stop by or visit our online publications request site to download campus and community publications. Our publications are also available in bulk quantities from Materials Distribution Service for your use at campus and community events, conferences, etc.

Campus Area Housing

Our Campus Area Housing Listing Service brings together tenants and landlords in an easy and economical online system.
